You can use our music in your videos, streams, podcasts, games and projects — personal or commercial — for free. The only thing we ask is that you say where it came from.

1. The deal

Every track you download from redseabeats.com comes with a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to sync it to your own content, provided you credit Red Sea Beats wherever that content is published (video description, show notes, credits, app credits).

2. What you can't do

Don't sell, re-upload or redistribute the tracks on their own (as music, sample packs, NFTs, "royalty-free" libraries, or on streaming platforms). Don't claim them as your own work, and don't register them with any content-identification or rights-management system. Don't use them in content that is hateful, defamatory, or illegal, or to imply that Red Sea Beats endorses you or your product.

3. Ownership

Red Sea Beats / Chill Out Records LLC keeps all rights in the recordings and compositions. Your licence is a permission to use, not a transfer.

4. Missing credit

If the credit is missing, the licence for that use is not in effect. Add the credit line and you're back in the clear.

5. The site

The site uses motion-heavy visuals and animated artwork. If that bothers you, your device's reduce-motion setting is respected everywhere on the site. We keep no account and set only two cookies: one that remembers you came through the door, and (while the site is in preview) one for the preview password.
